How to reach Sankri (The Stay base):
Nearest Rail station: Dehradun (Station Code: DDN)
Nearest Airport: Delhi, Jolly Grant in Dehradun (Airport Code: DED)
Based upon your request we will arrange a pick up and drop from Dehradun to Sankri (Gaichawan gaon) and back. This will be shared equally by the team members on actual basis. You pay directly to the driver/transporter. The fare is Rs 5500 for a Tata Sumo/Mahindra Maxx one way. This can accommodate 6 to 8 people. A Tempo Traveller charges Rs 9000 (12-14 seat) one way. This is included in TREK FEE and to be paid directly to the driver/owner.
If you wish to reach our Trek Base Sankri on your own by public transportation:
- There are 2/3 privately operated buses from Dehradun (near DDN railway station on Gandhi road) To Sankri. The 200 Km journey will take around 10/12 hours. The busses start at 5:30/6/7 am.
- While returning from Sankri take the morning bus to Dehradun/Vikasnagar and reach by 7 pm.
Day01: Arrival at Benzer Stays.
Traditional welcoming ceremony along with hi-tea followebed by some ice breaking activities
and dinner.
Meals: Hi-Tea, Dinner
Day02: Hike to an ancient temple.
After your daily yoga session, have breakfast and get ready for the hike to an ancient temple
by the river.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Hi-tea, dinner
Day 3: A Cultural Immersion and Spiritual Renewal
• Morning: Begin your day with a rejuvenating holistic yoga and pranayama session.
• Afternoon: Embark on a cultural exploration, encountering the fascinating Himalayan tribes
and their rich traditions. Visit the ancient winter seat of the Gangotri Temple, a sacred site
steeped in history.
• Evening: Conclude the day with a calming meditation or yoga session, followed by a cozy
bonfire and a community gathering.
Meals: breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, dinner
Day04: witness the local music and folk dance of the mountains and village hikes.
After your daily yoga morning session, have breakfast and explore the village, visit the forest
meditate and return for a nutritious lunch followed by some resting time and fun activities in the
evening followed by evening yoga session and dinner.

Day05: local exploration day.
After your daily yoga session followed by breakfast hike to the last village experience the local
wooden architecture followed by lunch. Evening yoga session and dinner by the bonfire where there
will be demonstration of a local dish.

Day:06 fun and relax day.
After your daily yoga session, it’s time to realax and walk around the mountains. Fun activities will be
hosted in the evening followed by a closing ceremony.

Day 7: Farewell and Lasting Memories
• Morning: Start your day with a gentle restorative yoga therapy session followed by a
soothing pranayama session.
• Followed by Breakfast and check out.
Inclusion:

2. Meals as mentioned above in the itinerary
3. Accmodation for 06 nights.
4. Experienced yoga teacher and all the sessions with be conducted in English.
